great experience, and prompt support. An issue arose in my store with the EasyVideo app, and they responded within two hours of my writing in .
Works perfectly and prompt support when required. Has good customisation options and does what it says on the tin.
I've been using Easy Video for a couple of years.
It is highly valuable for my shop, as it allows me to better showcase the details of my works.
Also, the supporting team is incredible: an issue at my end occurred, and they stood days helping me fining a solution.

This is a great app to show your product videos. but even better then the app is the support staff, i had a request over labor day weekend and they were on top of it and got it done so fast.
This app is very easy to use, and the customer service is top notch. When I had an issue integrating the app with our Shopify Theme, they responded to my email right away and resolved the issue within hours. AMAZING! Thank you!
Never use this app they charge automatically extra money from ur account I'm used to that app and they charge me the extra amount I already uninstalled but they charge me.
I also request Shopify for ask refund with them asap

We're really sorry for the confusion. Our app is using Shopify Payments and we technically can't charge you after the app removal. We've checked and found out that new billing cycle started just several days before you removed the app, so the payment for the next Billing cycle was already added to your Shopify invoice at the moment the app was actually uninstalled. As you've used the app just several days in that billing cycle, we're happy to issue the refund and our support team already did that and we sent you confirmation and more details to your email.

We love that we can offer a video as one of our product thumbnails and this app makes it really easy! It mysteriously stopped working for a bit but their customer service was on it when I let them know and fixed it right away.
Great app and great customer service. There's a lot of less then stellar apps for shopify and this is not one of them.
