Excellent app if you're looking to add product videos. I was using shopify's own YT embed and was getting 'video unavailable' in a lot of devices. This app fixed it.
Devs are also very helpful and respond quickly to support emails. Would highly recommend.

Like most Shopify apps, this one required some adjustment after installation. The support team was very responsive and resolved our issues quickly.

great experience, and prompt support. An issue arose in my store with the EasyVideo app, and they responded within two hours of my writing in .
Never use this app they charge automatically extra money from ur account I'm used to that app and they charge me the extra amount I already uninstalled but they charge me.
I also request Shopify for ask refund with them asap

We're really sorry for the confusion. Our app is using Shopify Payments and we technically can't charge you after the app removal. We've checked and found out that new billing cycle started just several days before you removed the app, so the payment for the next Billing cycle was already added to your Shopify invoice at the moment the app was actually uninstalled. As you've used the app just several days in that billing cycle, we're happy to issue the refund and our support team already did that and we sent you confirmation and more details to your email.

downloaded the app and all the images on my website stopped showing up. After deleting the app, the issue was still not fixed. Support was good in getting it fixed promptly.
Does what it says. Adds video to product carousel. It didn't work at first, we are using shogun the page builder. But one quick contact to support and it was fixed in 24 hours! Great product and support. Thx!
The app was not functioning properly with my Brooklyn theme, but after contacting support they quickly configured it to work with my website. Really helpful and quick to respond!
Denys offered incredible support and dedication to add a few features to the app upon request and the whole experience has just been amazing. Highly worth the investment, don't doubt!
