In general, the app is not bad, it does its job. When I upgraded to Pro to be able to get click analytics in the chat, I couldn’t do it. Despite having reached out for help, I didn’t find any manual or support. If you just want to chat, it’s fine, but for more sophisticated and analytical purposes, it doesn’t work.

I enjoy most things about this app - except i cannot get in touch with support although I have tried three times over two weeks. Maybe this might get their attention?

"Hello i have been trying to contact support three times now - and no one responds? There is a bug in your new update - it sends an automatic English welcome to my Dutch customers - even though I have tried turning it off - and also writing a Dutch version. It has only happened since your recent update. Please can you get back to me. thank you, Kelly"

We understand your frustration regarding support and the welcome message, and we apologize for any confusion.

We’ve responded to your inquiry twice before; please check your spam folder in case our messages ended up there.

To clarify, our app does not have a support system or automated responses. It allows you to create a WhatsApp button with an optional pre-filled message that you control.

If you're not seeing the latest changes to your pre-filled message, you may need to clear your cache or test in an incognito window to ensure you're getting the most up-to-date version, as the data may be cached locally.

We hope this clears up any confusion!

I cant disabled this app. There was a lot of bug. There is no customer service. Please disable app! Please
