Am sorry you find the support documentation lacking. We have improved this by making sure the documentation which is available on the relevant pages also is listed in an overview on the FAQ page.

Works great for my Card Shop! I bulk upload everything on eBay and then import all my new listing into my Shopify store. The inventory syncing between both stores is pretty much everything I could ask for! I can’t wait to see what else comes out in future updates!
