eBay Integration ‑ DPL

The app generally works ok, but there are several ways you can trip up with things going out of sync, and if you have a lot of products it is not easy to determine if there are any listings with issues, until it is too late.
The support team however are great and have always been able to guide me to resolve issues.

Pretty good app considering the price, could do with a couple more features like converting variants to products in eBay. Support has been great when I've needed it.

Since there is no Japanese translation, it can be a bit difficult to use at first. That said, the support has been very helpful.
In particular, Kusum provided fast and responsive support, which was very reassuring.
I plan to continue learning while using the support, and I’m confident it will become easier over time.

So far the app is working well. There are a few things that I was told are being added that will help make the app work even better, but overall I'm satisfied so far. The customer support rep I worked with, Hem, was very helpful.

I was having issues with the app meaning that I was not using the full amount available to me to sync products, so I reached out to customer service. They were easy to reach and initially said that they resolved the issue but there must have been some mis-communication, until they finally resolved the issue.

Pros:

Easy to use platform
so many features that makes it easy to integrate to eBay
quick response by customer service

Cons:

No option to apply a listing template

It's a great product compare to other eBay integration APPs. The sync process is really quick. I really like it's a SKU based. The support staff are helpful.

The customer service team is always quick to respond to questions, and have made it very easy to troubleshoot when we have concerns.

the company reached out to us and we have given them a second chance.
the app is working as promised. like any app there is room for improvement. i wish all my old eBay listings would have been able to sync with the the website instead of creating new listings. to try and do a work around i chose to delete my eBay listings and send my Shopify listings back (all of these were created when eBay had there own app) all was good except i have to change 300 listing titles cause the system said i already had that name used even though all those listings had been deleted.
the app still needs some work to be where i would like it but i am going to keep trying it.
