eBay Integration ‑ DPL

I had a great experience the representative was very knowledgeable patient and understanding of my concern

I was having issues with the app meaning that I was not using the full amount available to me to sync products, so I reached out to customer service. They were easy to reach and initially said that they resolved the issue but there must have been some mis-communication, until they finally resolved the issue.

Pros:

Easy to use platform
so many features that makes it easy to integrate to eBay
quick response by customer service

Cons:

No option to apply a listing template

Thanks to Nimral we were able to upload from shopify to ebay , he gave us simply and easy to follow instructions to follow that worked.

Hem helped me out really well. Great service and great app. Look forward to seeing the first sales come in.

Kusum is just awsome

This app works so well - I am very happy with it. I particularly like the way the synced orders appear in the Shopify orders list automatically which enables them to be treated like any other Shopify order. This means our shipping app works seamlessly with it.

Online support has been instantaneous and my questions were all resolved quickly.
