Support was quick and helped me with my issue practically no questions asked, now to wait and see if I get any bites on eBay. I like the profiles settings and that you can have it automatically change inventory which is great for people that 3d print stuff like me, as well as it will allow you to increase the price on everything to help cover eBay fees. So hopefully this will help me land some sales!
Excellent app and outstanding customer support! The integration works very well, and whenever I have a question or run into an issue, the support team is there to help. They are available 24/7, respond quickly, and always find a solution. No matter how complex the problem is, they take the time to help until everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable eBay-Shopify integration.
We were forced to find a new APP since our old app shut down. We found this app and downloaded it instantly. We reached right out to the team and Shreya S was the first member of their team to reach out. She immediately jumped on a Zoom call to help us integrate our current inventory with our Shopify and ebay. She took her time walking me through each step and explained everything seamlessly.
We were able to sync our current ebay to our Shopify ebay seamlessly without a hitch. This was great since we did not have to end any listings the fact that Shreya was able to guide me though this process was amazing.
