My greatest concern on any app is aftersales or help desk and this app have absolutely great and fast service. Recommend highly! The app also connects and sync without a problem.

Once you list all products on eBay marketplace, the automatic syncing for inventory run parallel from the Shopify to the eBay marketplace. When you start getting orders, the app automatically fetches & create those orders into your Shopify store also send the shipment information from Shopify to eBay marketplace.
We always available to assist you and if required, we do the customization for your listings. Through videoes, FAQs, help docs we guide you so that you don't need to depend upon us and you can work independently.

This app is fantastic and the customer service is like nothing I've seen before. I was able to chat with Vishal from within the app in Shopify and he answered all my questions and guided me through the setup. Then he setup my own Whatsapp group where I can contact him any time. Just started on the free plan for this app, it's a bit confusing for me to use however I cannot fault the support available - excellent customer service and I am excited to see how this app increases my sales via ebay!
