I have used this integration for years. It just works so we don't have to worry about transferring any info from our Shopify store to eBay. When we have hit a snag customer service was quick, efficient and knowledgeable in getting any problem resolved quickly. Recently Sahil was able to resolve an issue and then show me a couple of things that I had questions about, and it was very helpful. Great app.

I’ve been using CedCommerce to integrate my eBay store for the past couple of years, and the experience has been consistently excellent.

Their customer service, especially via live chat, is outstanding—responses are almost instant, and the support team is always helpful and knowledgeable. What really stands out is the consistency in their team; I’ve been dealing with the same representatives over the years, which speaks volumes about their company culture and staff retention.

At my recent subscription renewal, the team even reached out via WhatsApp to check if I needed to make any changes, rather than simply billing me for the next cycle. That level of proactive service is rare and genuinely appreciated.

Consistently sells out of stock items on eBay that are out of stock in my Shopify store. I have lost ability to promote listings multiple times now due to this services inability to properly sync inventory counts. Going back to managing two inventory services due to causing my business thousands in sales.

I have been using CEDCommerce for a little while. I got a bit stuck and then got on their support with Raj. He was extremely helpful and spent around 1 hour working with me to explain how to add certain requirements. Highly recommend this app and also their support- esp Raj

Works amazing for importing ebay orders into shopify and the support team is always really helpful and fast to fix any issues if they come up. I use the support live chat in the app and they help fast. Thanks for sorting out the issue I had tonight Abhijeet Srivastava.

Once you've set it up, its great for pushing listings straight to Ebay, saves so much time. Support has always been super helpful too.

The customer service was fantastic! They helped me fix the issue I was having and then kept in touch to ensure it was all working properly.

Rishu has been very helpful. The inventory updates are accurate and timely. This is our fourth Shopify inventory app and it is the first one we have used that accurately tracks inventory quantities for our 9,400+ listings. The onboarding was a little stressful because we had so many listings to import, but it was worth it.

Definitely recommend Ced.

Very powerful and feature-rich tool. When you run into any technical hiccups, the support team is exceptional. Because the app is so capable, there can be a learning curve at first, and it’s easy to click something without fully understanding the outcome. I highly recommend reaching out to support before making changes if you’re unsure — they’re extremely responsive and can save you a lot of time and headaches.
