excellent customer service. Super fast and very reactive. I was helped in a few issues I had while starting implementing and the guys from CED helps me a lot. There were immediately chatting and resolve the issue within minutes. It takes a little time to understand the system how CED works, but then its perfekt and very effective. Sync works great now and we already sold one item while chatting! Absolutely recommend.

This app enables me to cross-post from Shopify to eBay relatively easily. I am not great with computer stuff, but any time I get stuck on something they resolve my issue very quickly. Thanks!

Love this add on for shopify. I use both the Etsy and Ebay version and will be adding two more of their products soon. Support is quick and always address and fixes any issues and/or concerns I may have!!

I have been searching for an app that would make listing my Shopify products on eBay faster and easier. I've been using the app for about a week and have had no issues. Selling directly on eBay might be easy, but managing everything between your Shopify Store as well on eBay, takes a lot of hard work. To avoid this managing, time-consuming, hectic work I installed the eBay Marketplace Integration App by CedCommerce.
At first, I took some time to understand it but with the help of the Chat System provided in the app it, my all problems were solved. The app took just a few minutes to transfer my whole Shopify Listing to eBay in just a few minutes, and when I asked to make some changes in item, I found it very easy to make any change in the product through the app without changing the original products in Shopify. Means through this app I can differ my listing on eBay and Shopify... WOW!!!! That's the best feature the app has. And I must mention the feature in the app to directly upload the products on eBay of a respective profile through Bulk upload action.
Talking about the support of this app, I don't know who is sitting behind it, but all I can feel that they are professionals, and know-how to assist their clients and provide a solution for each of your confusion. I kept asking questions one by one but the person provided me the exact answers I was looking for with full patience, not only this they shared related documents, links and even recorded videos of the process just for me.
One of the best Integrations available on Shopify in terms of features, accepting the suggestion and client assistance.

We're new to the Shopify platform & the CEDCommerce app to integrate with Ebay. The customer support has been fast and on point in getting our initial listings and proper title / SEO done correctly the first time. If you have a question, ask away, we got the right answers quickly and clearly. 2nd Call: we saw an error in ebay inventory and contacted support, who promptly jumped right on it and found out the issue.... we had a setting that had been changed in error on our end, and problem was fixed in a snap.

Had to update the synch with Ebay, and synch the inventory with our Shopify Store. Was connecting on and off, so we reached out to support who were able to get a good connection right away, and things back to normal. Thanks !
