Support was very quick to respond and solved an issue I had with an order not importing to Shopify. It got fixed right away.
"I had trouble uploading my products, but the representative went above and beyond to ensure that my account was set up correctly. He even uploaded my products for me! I couldn't have asked for a better representative than the one I received."

Only works with products that have SKUs. If you make and sell your own products this app won’t work. I wasn’t able to verify that it does anything because of that limitation.

App successfully uploads my products onto eBay, had a bit of confusion but the live chat support has been there whenever I’ve had trouble to fix any issues so can’t complain about anything so far, I’m sure the more I use it the more I’ll get to grips with it all and won’t be pestering support as muchoverall great app especially for being free
