I was frustrated at first because of lack of understanding and time. I didn't watch the Help Video, so is basically my fault. I tried to speak with customer and they rapidly connected me to Srajan and he within minutes help me get my 29 products to my eBay account. He was extremely helpful and fast. I thank him like 5x for his help and went on to my day.

There are lots of settings on eBay, so this might be the reason for the complexities. But we have developed this app for new & old eBay sellers who are actively looking for automated things. The eBay integration provides you with the near-real-time automated syncing for inventory, price & orders.
The eBay integration app connects your Shopify store with the eBay marketplace. The app directly imports products from Shopify to the app first. After preparing the products as per eBay guidelines, you can easily list out your products on eBay via bulk upload action through the app. You can also upload only selected items on eBay through the app.

I use the app to synchronize my products and orders from ebay. Thus far, everything works well. I had some problems at first regarding the set-up and some other issues on my part, but the customer support always answered very quickly and always managed to help.
Tech support was very p atient and very helpful. Even with technology at my end he dealt with it patiently as we manuevered the different problems.

The app that almost sent me broke. Twice over one month I removed their one star feedback as I was promised by the owner that all the issues this caused me would be fixed. Ebay have also had complaints about this so it may pay to even contact them before proceeding. Many hours lost and revenue over a month period. All I got was appologies and promises that never came to fruition. In the end I was told it was because of coronavirus, thats when I finally walked away. Happy to share more detail but enough time spent on this thing. Now 3/8/2022 Came across these guys again - nothing has changed poor service

Among all the other app for eBay integration we found this app a better option. It takes time to understand how it works. There are some do’s and don’t but overall it is doing what we wanted it to do. It is a good app. Excellent customer service.

Coming from Ebay to Shopify, cedcommerce team helped us a lot, dealing with compatibility issues of our existing ebay products, solving vat issues because of the complex german marketplace and other helpful knowledge about their wonderful ebay app. The customer service is excellent, seems they're working 24/7 and errors are fixed in a very small amount of time. The app import all/selected products from the Shopify to eBay integration app then after preparing the listing as per eBay marketplace' guidelines, through the app, you can easily upload the products on eBay.
Once you list all products on the eBay marketplace, the automatic syncing for inventory run parallel from Shopify to the eBay marketplace. When you start getting orders, the app automatically fetches & create those orders into your Shopify store also sends the shipment information from Shopify to the eBay marketplace.
You don't need to be worried to check orders every time; you get the notifications on time.
