CedCommerce eBay Integration , 1 159 vurderinger

I've recently started using CedCommerce and ran into a few issues, the team were were available within a few minutes and fixed up the problem straight away, as well as walking me through the process.
I'm really enjoying the app as the help is always on hand if and when I need it.

If you have Shopify and are not using this integration then you are foolish. I have worked with many companies overseas and this has to be by far, my best experience. They have 24/7 top-notch support, an integration app that doubled my revenue and have created a seamless real-time integration with my Shopify store. I use CED Commerce's Etsy, Amazon, and Walmart integrations as well, and along with their staff, we have created a seamless integration that synchronizes with my Shopify store. These guys are great, a special shout out to Rishu who works on Saturday and always resolves any problems I have. Thank you guys, great job, I look forward to continued growth together in many years to come.

It's a great app. However, it's not user friendly for first time users. But, the chat support is always available and they are doing a great job assisting us on how to navigate the app. Great job!

I am very a new business owner so this whole aspect of the business , was a very new process for me and I had no idea what to do and the customer service agent was amazing at getting me started and integrated onto ebay.

I was having an issue with listing one of my products and within 30 minutes not only was it listed, but all the background connections and table connections were corrected as well. If you ever hit a wall, great place to go

All customer service requests in chat are responded to within minutes and the issues are always resolved. The app works as expected and imports the orders without any issues. The customer service team is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this app.

It works! It took a moment to get used to and figure out, such as using templates, but that's designed to create efficiency with bulk uploading. Customer support was prompt and able to work through an inventory issue... there has to be a quantity when uploading to eBay, then the app keeps that quantity updated even after sales supposedly. Cool!

This app works well but I have been most impressed with Rishu & the other business development analysts who have helped me understand how to best use the app. Their service is very prompt and they have resolved a couple of complex (for me) issues in a very patient, kind & friendly manner. Thanks team!

Overall the app is great! It's a bit clunky and takes a lot of poking around to figure out how to do things, especially with the broad assortment of product SKUs that we have available. Chat help is always top-notch and there has not been any issue (so far) they have been unable to rectify.
