I've been using the app for about a week now, and am so far very pleased with it. It has really reduced the production time in posting across shopify and ebay. It's pretty intuitive to use and the dashboard is convenient. We've run into a couple minor issues but the chat feature is fantastic, as is the customer service who solved the issues for us immediately. They are clearly very responsive to reviews, as well as dedicated to improving the product and solving customer issues. It has been very impressive.

As the product looks to progress and improve, I will note my wishes for improvements: I wish there was more mapping between shopify product fields and ebay, especially a way to denote the category. I would love to see one upload/app integration for multiple channels - including Etsy, Ebay, TikTok, etc. and the ability to toggle between and custom map fields.

Until then, we're choosing to work with both the Ebay and Etsy integrations because we've been so pleased with how relatively seamless it's been.

The ebay integration app lists your Shopify products on the ebay marketplace. As sellers manage online selling through a central location but sometimes they need to update the Title, Description, Price, Inventory, etc. as per the marketplace's guidelines; that is why our development team has given this management in our integration apps.

With this management, without managing the listings from Shopify, you can manage & update the product's information from the App. You need to off the syncing of the particular field from the configuration section of the App that will disable the syncing from Shopify to the App and then, after from the App, update the products' information. After making the changes, you can upload the products on eBay.

There are many actions to be performed while sending the products for listings on eBay, so it may take time to understand, but once you become familiar with the setting, it works faster than your expectations.
The Development team is continuously working on the panel to make it more user-friendly and trying to automate all the processes.

I used this app for listing products. Had some problems A lot of error messages "Vishall" walked me through them and was very helpful.

It's quite labour-intensive to create multiple templates for each item. Previously on the old eBay app, you could select the item then fill in the required fields eBay needs on top of what Shopify has. With this app, you would have to review the item, then open another tab to create the product template and create the shipping template, then check that the templates were applied to the product. Several times that I had a support issue related to pricing or inventory not being synced, and it would take several weeks to resolve. The worst feature is the title matching between eBay and Shopify which doesn't work, and defaults to SKU matching no matter how many times I mention that I enabled title matching, support kept saying it was using SKU matching. One of my price syncing issue was found by support as being caused by a "pending offer" on eBay, but that offer was already declined long ago, then they gave up and told me to update the price manually on eBay. One month later, one of their representatives sent me an request to use their "site optimization" services because they found my site running slow. This last part frustrated me because they failed repeatedly to provide me with core functionality needed from their eBay app, and tried to upsell on other services.
