I got the best assitance from the Ced eBay team when I was standing up eBay app. They were very patient and very professional. Great guys.
It was easy and seamless to switch from the free eBay app to Ced eBay app.

Have had the app for 24 hours now and I must say it's far more accessible and user friendly than previous apps used. I had an issue when uploading a new listing to eBay which was explained in the error log but I couldn't find the issue myself so asked for help via the live chat, my query was answered within seconds and after a brief chat the issue was found within the item description code and resolved within 5-10 minutes and now I can continue to list products with no further issues.
I can not fault the customer service 5* for my first experience, very friendly and helpful and would happily ask for assistance if needed again in the future.
