CED is a far superior application to any of it's competitors. On other apps we had issues that were not resolved in 24hrs. CED's Support team resolved these within the first hour of raising them. The layout and functionality is super easy to use for anyone with basic Shopify experience. The sync and integration is seamless and effective backed up by an exceptional support team.
I just started using CedCommerce App today and so far I'm very pleased with the App and their customer service.
CedCommerce customer service representatives were attentive and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. They proactively followed up with me to confirm that everything was working smoothly after the issue was resolved. Love the customer service that comes along with the CedCommerce apps. I use Etsy, Google, and now eBay, and they are very helpful whenever I have questions to answer the questions and usually fix the problem for me right there. Neha and Rishu helped me today and both were fantastic!

I was reluctant to download this app but since i did it, i was surprised how easy it was to move product and orders and the support team( NEHA) was super prompt in answering my questions and sorting out the issues.

AMAZING service and experience.
I was dreading the day that the ebay app would be removed from Shopify and put off waiting until the very last day the app was supported to make the switch. I honestly wish I would have made the switch sooner.
