Great hand hold setup for a non tec administrator. Thank you for reaching out and linking our Shopify store to EBay
We had been used to the previous Shopify automatic link with Ebay and discovered to our cost and reputation that this had ended.
We set up with this app but did not understand the workings. I sent a 'help' message out on the WhatsApp channel that they opened on setup and got a reply a few hours later. It happened to be 4am in France where I was on holiday but as the 'catch all' boss, not unwelcome and by 6am cet all was sorted and our orders started to download again to our Shopify store. We'll done , great effort and I will pass on my communication to our tec bod as soon as he starts work in 4 hours. Now back to bed.
