Really quick customer support and so so easy to sell on Ebay.
Customer support was so prompt, they resolved the issue in few mins.
The service was excellent , fast - clear and friendly , for anyone thinking of using cedcommerce for Ebay , this is great and staff are freat help .
Support was very helpful in solving my upload issue with variant names that eBay didnt like. The app was easy to install and easy to use. So far, I am loving it. Sahil was extremely helpful and patient!
CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance.
The primary function of any sales channel manager is to sync inventory between platforms. Inventory discrepancies are a daily occurrence, leading to overselling on eBay.
After contacting support on several occasions with no success we are moving on. While support has quick response it does appear there is NO tech support only customer service.

I recently started using CedCommerce for eBay and Shopify, and I am beyond impressed with the level of service and user experience it provides. From the moment I downloaded the app, everything has been seamless and intuitive.
The customer support team deserves special mention for their prompt and helpful responses. I had a minor issue setting up my account, and they resolved it within minutes. It's rare to find such dedicated and efficient support in today's app market.
Update - Support has seemingly fixed the situation, but only time will tell for sure.

Having used this for at least a year now, I can say that this app is not great.
The UI is very clunky; lack of filtering options.
Doesn't sync eBay/Shopify quantity properly, so I frequently end up over selling or not having the order from eBay brought over to Shopify becasue Shopify is out of stock and eBay isn't.
Whenver I contact support about this, it's always 'Okay, we've synced it for you'. Never 'I can see this is a problem, and this is what we'll do to fix it going forward'.

Everything was nice and I like that the support was helpful.

I recently start using cedcommerce for ebay and shopify integration, initially it was complex for me, but there customer service support is really very prompt, they immidietly came and check where i did some mistake during integration, and they help me to resolve that errors, and then its simple to use!! i really appreciate their support team!
