Once you list all products on eBay marketplace, the automatic syncing for inventory run parallel from the Shopify to the eBay marketplace. When you start getting orders, the app automatically creates those orders into your Shopify store also send the shipment information from Shopify to eBay marketplace.

This is a very robust app with lots of features and ways to configure the products for eBay. CedCommerce reached out to me to see if I needed assistance with setting up - the support person was extremely helpful with walking me through setting up the products, profiles, and syncing. Very good experience so far!
