Great app! Had some problems with the templates and the profiles, because it is totally different from the integration app I had on a different platform.
But the helpdesk is perfect, they are there as long as you need them :-)
I had some problems with switching to the new app, but after an hour online meeting everything is solved!

My greatest concern on any app is aftersales or help desk and this app have absolutely great and fast service. Recommend highly! The app also connects and sync without a problem.

Once you list all products on eBay marketplace, the automatic syncing for inventory run parallel from the Shopify to the eBay marketplace. When you start getting orders, the app automatically fetches & create those orders into your Shopify store also send the shipment information from Shopify to eBay marketplace.

Literally I have tried about 3 other apps over the past 7 years to sync Ebay and Etsy with my Shopify store and they have all been a disaster. This was the easiest and most painless process I have ever gone through. The difference is in the amazing 24/7 customer service where the team will make sure to answer all your concerns and help you or themselves fix the issues. They give you clear and kind illustrations how to get the app to work for you. I have thousands of products with tons of variants and sell mainly one of a kind so this is a HUGE feat. Our e-commerce store provides a highly customized catalog that has made integration with third party marketplaces tricky. We tried a number of applications without being able to achieve the desired results. Integration with this application took some work, both on our end, along with some help from the developer to initiate some changes on the back-end. We hit a couple bumps, however in the end, we have been able to achieve our goals. Customer support has been responsive, which seems to be necessary to some extent with most integrations. It is welcomed to have the ability to customize the integration process and tailor it to our needs. I suppose the simplest way to sum all of this up is to say that without this app & the developer's support efforts, we would be stuck entering all orders & tracking information manually. This has allowed us to avoid that last case scenario.
REVISION: We finally connected the application in its intended way (aside from our crazy customizations) and everything has worked beautifully. Should have simply done this from the beginning.
