Wow! This app is so much nicer than the regular eBay created by eBay. Very easy to set up. We had just a couple of minor issues but the customer service team was EXTREMELY helpful and solved the issues immediately. They were prompt and professional. Probably some of the best customer service I have seen in years. They are also available via Skype and WhatsApp 24/7 which is impressive. They really care about their customers. Hope to be doing business on eBay via this app for years to come.

I was new to eBay Marketplace & the app but their support is marvelous. They never let me face any problem alone and always helped me at every step.
Overall, the app functionality is very impressive. The best part of the app is the Template & profiling sections. The template section allows you to differentiate your products as per their categories and profile helps you to align them all in the required category.
In terms of the order management, the app is flawless as every order sync seamlessly with the Shopify store. The app allows you to set-up your account in the best way possible and gives the option to disable your orders or products syncing if you don't want to manage any from your Shopify store.
Lastly, their support is amazing. Well done guys. Keep it up!

I've downloaded almost every app for eBay importing available, and this is the only one that actually functions with the least amount of effort. Most of the setup is pretty intuitive, but the most important thing is the customer support is amazing. They responded to everything very quickly in the chat (even on Sunday!) and were able to fix my issue easily.

Good app. Works great accept if you have 5000 different articles which can't be categorized that easy and you don't want to upload some to ebay. Deleting them is not really intuitive.
