Love this add on for shopify. I use both the Etsy and Ebay version and will be adding two more of their products soon. Support is quick and always address and fixes any issues and/or concerns I may have!!

I've recently started using CedCommerce and ran into a few issues, the team were were available within a few minutes and fixed up the problem straight away, as well as walking me through the process.
I'm really enjoying the app as the help is always on hand if and when I need it.

Once setup, this app makes integrating your products between shopify and ebay much easier. It saves so much times to have one place to change your products as needed. The support is also top notch, quick to answer and helps teach you how to use the app or will just set it up for you. I chose the teaching method so I will know how to do it myself in the future. Order and product Sync works flawlessly. easy to setup once you work out profiles and templates, manage tracking numbers and orders from shopify. Great so far, great support, easy to use and fast order and tracking number syncing. Recommend to anyone looking for an easy option.

I previously used a different app to integrate my shop with Ebay and encountered many issues with no explanation or support. Tech support has been amazing. Richu was especially helpful, having all the answers at the ready and even fixing a few of the problems for me.
While I am still learning the ins and outs of this app, I will reserve judgement for the time being. Nonetheless, while the learning curve seems to be steep, it does seem to do what it claims.

App successfully uploads my products onto eBay, had a bit of confusion but the live chat support has been there whenever I’ve had trouble to fix any issues so can’t complain about anything so far, I’m sure the more I use it the more I’ll get to grips with it all and won’t be pestering support as muchoverall great app especially for being free

This app is a dream come true. I was so stressed about trying to figure out how to sync my ebay stock with my shopify stock but this app makes it a breeze. It's a bit to set up at first due to Ebay's requirements, but once set up it works perfectly. And their customer service team are always there to help with any questions. They made it so easy for me to figure out by helping me along the way. I highly recommend this app if you need to sync stock across platforms :)
