Fantasic customer service during my intial setup of the applicaiton got it up and running in no time!
Sometimes you don't expect much from online chat, but this far exceeded my expecations and I had a super friendly agent who stepped me through everything. Within 15 minutes I was all fixed!
Super easy to set up. Free trail is great to get a feel for how the service works. Abhijeet was really helpful from customer service too
CED is a far superior application to any of it's competitors. On other apps we had issues that were not resolved in 24hrs. CED's Support team resolved these within the first hour of raising them. The layout and functionality is super easy to use for anyone with basic Shopify experience. The sync and integration is seamless and effective backed up by an exceptional support team.
I needed some help today, I had lots of silly questione and wanted to double check everything and Harshit was so patient and helpful.

Superb app which effortlessly uploads product at the press of a button.
Set up is initially slightly fiddly but once its in place then it doesn't need touching
I had to contact Customer Services a couple of times and they were superb and offered lot of help and guidance in setting up the app

This is a very robust app with lots of features and ways to configure the products for eBay. CedCommerce reached out to me to see if I needed assistance with setting up - the support person was extremely helpful with walking me through setting up the products, profiles, and syncing. Very good experience so far!

Very happy with my experience with Rishu. He was very helpful, hopped on a call with me and walked me through questions I had. Also, the app is very helpful in transporting my Shopify listings onto eBay. Would recommend!
