I was totally lost on this app until Neha from CedCommerce worked through the basics with me. She was so patient and guided me through with screen shots. There is no way I would have worked it out with only the associated documentation. Best to access an agent through the chat and then you will receive 10/10 customer service. One you know what you are doing the app is very easy to use.

I installed this App because I wanted to have my Shopify connect to EBay. Downloading was easy and the app user friendly. However, I came to a point where I could not upload my 250+ items due to multiple errors in my setup. I contacted support and Rishu was great at not only quickly solving my problems, but also explaining, so that I could learn.
