I'm going to be honest and say I do find this app quite difficult to use compared to direct via eBay, but that's most likely because of the number of varying products I have. What I can say without hesitation is that the customer support is very supportive indeed. It is amazing that they always fix the problem, and are always happy to send screenshots and explain.
Overall, I am very happy, and cannot wait to get a hang of all the terminology.

This app works great. Very easy to use...set it and forget it. If you need help setting it up or have questions, the customer service is excellent. This has been a game changer for us with our ebay sales. Would recommend this to anyone!

They made a WhatsApp group where I was able to talk directly to developers, and they could address any issues I had setting things up. CEDcommerce does the best they can, their customer support is unlike any other. ***1 Year later update:
Haven't regreted!, no point of looking elsewhere. Customer Service is still top, Once everything is setup properly, rarely have to think about it.
