excellent customer service. Super fast and very reactive. I was helped in a few issues I had while starting implementing and the guys from CED helps me a lot. There were immediately chatting and resolve the issue within minutes. It takes a little time to understand the system how CED works, but then its perfekt and very effective. Sync works great now and we already sold one item while chatting! Absolutely recommend.

I have been using this app for almost a year now, its been nothing but a pure joy. Their customer support is amazing, and the integration is smooth and easy. The order and inventory management is just magic.
At first, I tried to use the Shopify marketplace connector app. It was my worst mistake, when I initiated the integration, it messed up my whole store! they didn't have any support to help me solve this problem. Luckily, CedCommerce team stepped in and helped me with solving the issue. I am more than happy.

Originally uninstalled and reinstalled a few times as I would checking for an app to help merge/change domain platforms. Came back to CedCommerce as a result of changing eBay integration providers, seems far more user friendly for handling bulk, wiht individualisation fo products also possible. Really helpful!

Not because of a sale or greed, but because they actually care. They're available around the clock and are always eager to assist with a professional and friendly attitude. When they are unsure about an answer, they do their due diligence to find one or speak with someone on their team who can. That being said, their follow up is also top notch. I can't tell you how many times we've reached out to other apps for support, were promised someone would get back to us, and we just got a closed ticket. With CedCommerce, that never happens. They are responsive and actually helpful.

2, Let's talk about the product itself.
The interface is phenomenal. Gone are those clunky, outdated, glitchy, buggy, slow-loading interfaces where everything is a hassle or hard to understand. You won't have this problem with any CedCommerce app, including eBay. As a new retailer, we are not up-to-speed on all the technical jargon and API capabilities. Every setting in the CedCommerce eBay Integration app is explained in a concise, easy-to-understand manner right on the dashboard, and they have in-app support.

3. Ease of Use
This makes the app incredibly easy to use. When we tried other products, it was so complicated to add products to eBay, which is the only reason this app exists. In other apps, we kept getting errors - despite following instructions exactly, with no clear explanation of what was going on. I installed the CedCommerce eBay Integration app, and had my first listing published on eBay without a single issue in literal minutes.

4. Features & Capabilities
You can do everything you need to do. What we needed for our solution was one app that could push products back and forth to eBay & Shopify, update products on either side, sync orders, and update orders on both platforms. The CedCommerce eBay Integration app does all of that and more. You can set it to auto delete, unlist or archive products based on the platform, add order notes, create custom order names & IDs, manage your shipping settings, sync tracking info, create templates to make future product uploads easier and faster, and so much more. We were absolutely blown away by this considering other apps can barely list a product correctly. You can also manage your eBay shop store front category in the CedCommerce eBay Integration app.

It would take me hours to list of all their features... you'd just have to try it yourself.

5. Lastly, pricing.
This is the least important for us, but still important. You won't be profitable as a business if you don't keep a watchful eye on your bottom line and are spending money just because you can. Compared to the other apps that we tried, the pricing in the CedCommerce eBay Integration app was the most fair. Especially considering that we will be using other apps by CedCommerce and other devs, and as you all know, those subscriptions add up quickly. CedCommerce offers more than any other app at a fraction of the price, and in this case, you truly get more than what you pay for. They also have flexible pricing and fairly priced add-ons.

Final Thoughts
It took less than a few hours for us to decide that the CedCommerce platform is the best for us, and the CedCommerce eBay Integration app was the right choice for our Shopify x eBay business.
