Fast to solve a problem but problems keep happening. This app has slowed down my ebay sales significantly. Listing is slow to post. If a listing fails to post it does not give you a reason why and you ave to figure it out yourself. Also, I had the issue where I can only sell to businesses, which I I turned off but my listing still had this problem. Even got customer service to fix it and it still happened. Not good

After using this product for a year or 2 now, I am updating the review. This app has serious usability issues for people with a product catalog of more than 50 items. Also there are several strange bugs that make working in the product very tedious. Support has become less responsive and some bugs have actually lost me money on ebay, due to them accidentally resetting some of my profiles. If I could find a better product, I'd jump off immediately, even though they don't offer refunds.

Original Review: This really is a great app for pushing your shopify products to Ebay. I was able to get my catalog of items into ebay pretty quickly and the few times I needed help, their quick chat support what very attentive to my questions. What I really liked is their template system which allowed me to wrap my listings with pre-built html headers and footers. This is a valuable feature for posting to ebay. Also their error messages are pretty clear and the sync is fast.

The only thing this app does well is sync orders. Beyond that, it's complicated and clumsy to set products up to sync to eBay. Once done though, the syncing is very finnicky and, for us, has never worked without manual intervention. Code seems held together with string and tape.

Chatted with support, who opened a ticket for us 11 days ago. No response from CEDCommerce despite us following up.

***Edit: Harshit has worked with us extensively to resolve some of these issues. They have accommodated us on all of the issues but the app still has plenty of flaws. Its working for us now but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I was forced to find a new app once shopify stopped supporting the ebay app. I spent several hours configuring this app and all looked good. However now that Ive been using the app for a couple weeks I have been extremely disappointed. The app doesn't send over all the orders from ebay, it sends over incorrect shipping addresses for global exchange orders, inventory doesn't properly update consistently, and pictures do not always upload. There is also a small lag between the ebay order placed and the inventory on our Shopify page.
