We've been working with this App for about one month now. We initially added a small number of items to test the product. A few issues came up as we expected with a new app going into production, and the Support Staff worked with us to resolve all issues. Very happy with the immediate responses from Support along with explanations and suggestions. Documentation provided is Very Good and helpful as well. So far, pleased with this integration and looking forward to further improvements and development. Now have approx. 300 items listed on ebay via this App. This Review last updated 12/29/17


eBay is the worst sales app and I would not recommend it to anyone to use it.. I made mistake I did and I wish I didn't. First of all eBay has closed 4 of my cases without checking updates on tracking numbers before closing cases and refunded money back to customers. When I called to find out why they closed my case while items are almost delivered to customers where tracking number clearly shows where the item is and how far is from delivery they said to me "Oops we're sorry that this has happened, this shouldn't have happened and we didn't check updates on tracking number" Then they said once the tracking number shows that items are delivered you can re appeal the case.So I waited for items to be delivered to re appeal the case so once items where delivered and I was ready to repeal the case they put restriction on my account and removed all my listings that I have imported from my shopify store and told me the reason why they restricted my account is because they need to verify my account and that I need to send them some documents for account verification. So after 2 months after I created eBay seller account and made sales and build my customers base they decided to restrict account for account verification and remove all my listings while my shopify store is directly connected to my eBay seller account. SO them doing that to my account I lost all my listings I had on my eBay account and I lost all my customers. Plus they have told me that I can not re appeal my cases while my account is restricted. In fact, so I did send them all documents to verify my account but they keep sending emails back asking for more and more documents and I keep sending them but nothing yet has happened. They have not removed my restriction on my account yet and I'm still waiting for them to remove restriction and it has been 3 weeks already and nothing yet.What eBay is doing to sellers is beyond every imagination and so ridiculous. So guys be careful my advice is to everyone don't use this app. If you do you just gonna experience lots of problems and headaches and lose your money. I would not recommend this app to anyone and I'm deleting this app from my shopify store and I would never use it again it's not worth it and it is so wrong and unfair what eBay is doing to sellers.


At first things seemed to be going well. Items imported well. The big issue came in with shipping and buyers providing negative feedback. I updated all the products to say shipping fro overseas. Somehow after some days the information that I have put in countless times disappeared over and over again. I would save and close and submit changes. Ebay customer service took money from my paypal account several times without investigating. One particular time the item was at the post office and the buyer did not pick it up so ebay took the money from me saying the buyer did not get the item. I signed up for the 3 months free and instead was charged. Be careful.

I did have some minor issues. Sheryl at eBay support was able to help me. Just send Tech Support an email. They are pretty fast on responding. I would say within 5 minutes they replied to each of my issues.

I also could not sync but they showed me how to refresh all my items. After that, I was able to publish quickly and make the order. Here are some things I have learned so far.

eBay app has a bulk editing interface but I did not see it force the changes over to Shopify when I made changes to my titles. Shopify also has a bulk editing interface. You can also use Shopify CSV to make quick changes to thousands of items in an excel spreadsheet then upload it back up.

I see a lot of reviews but very little talk about contacting tech support. So far tech support has been key to helping me with most of my issues.

eBay app does not yet have this feature among some others. You can update this via the eBay listing. The developers do not recommend updating anything else. If your listing unsyncs you can try Force Sync directly with your product from the eBay app.

I was told that updating an eBay listing from eBay is not recommend or it might unsync with Shopify. That being said some things are necessary such as sales tax. If you get unsynced you can try Force Sync which is located on the eBay app under Listing on the product page. Contact tech support for further help

I tried adding pictures after my product was listed. It didn't show up and if you add pictures from eBay it might remove your other images. Tech support gave me a workaround until they get this fixed. You will need to unpublish and remove your listing from the eBay app. Open publish and Import New. Then publish your product again so all your pictures will show.

Has worked extremely well for me! Just got to keep an eye on eBay because sometimes the sales don't transfer over to shopify. Still early in apps development.


Horrible app!!! It caused me to get 10 negative feedbacks. When I called eBay for help with this they told me to, "Contact Shopify. We can't help you."
The app caused errors in my listings that I didn't catch until it was too late.


I previously published a one star review of this app. However, the developers behind the application have been working diligently on fixing some of the bigger issues I've faced and several of them were addressed already. I am pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency of some of these fixes.

There are still a couple of issues that remain. For one, some listings fail to publish or cancel themselves after publishing. Also I found that I cannot change a shipping policy from the app. Or rather, I can change it, but the change won't transfer over to eBay.

I'll keep updating my review as the application gets better. It's definitely heading in the right direction.


I like it ideally, however some listing import as not in stock, on ebay end, and Ebay haven't been very helpful, they said the was working on it, over a weeknago, and still importing the same way. Also once an item sells it remains active.


Initially had problems syncing our existing ebay items to Shopify. I reached out to support and they were able to fix the problem within a few days.
Loading items to ebay with this app is a breeze.


I was one of the earlier adopters on this APP because my primary selling category is collectibles and eBay is where all the action is in my niche. I've done really well with the APP and when I've had problems support was able to quickly get me straight. That would be my advice to anyone having issues is reach out to support and they will work with you. So far I've been very happy that I haven't had a single item sell on eBay that I didn't actually have in stock - in other words the sync has been very accurate. I talked to support today and gave them a few wish list items. Specifically when I am looking at my items read to publish to eBay I want to be able to sort that by collection. Like some others I have a problem with wording in my description that is blocked on eBay. (I offered checks as a payment option in Shopify which is taboo on eBay). If there was a bulk way to edit the description rather than trying the risky step of exporting and then importing my inventory to shopify with a fix that would be great. I've got several thousand items cross listed and I'm very happy.
