We have a Japan-specific modification request regarding the screen that appears after pressing the “Edit Shipping Address” button.

Currently, the fields are displayed in the order “First Name” followed by “Last Name.”
We would like to request that this order be reversed — that is, “Last Name” first, then “First Name.”

In Japan, this is the natural and expected order of name entry, and the current sequence is not acceptable to Japanese users.

Please consider making this change.

There is no reply to support tickets and the chat inside the app is not working. Apparently the app can not be translated in my language.. and it is full of bugs. Ohh.. and the Native Upsells functional is not working yet.. I guess is just listed in the description to upsell the app..

This app saves hours of customer service work every week that we used to spend managing order edits and cancellations. For anxious customers these often felt like crisis-level events, but now they can manage these changes on their own. What was unexpected is how frequently the "download invoice" function is used.
