Inventory update doesn't work properly - support case ongoing 1 month.
New account manager good with communications
Update 5 months in:
Importer in test stages.
Poor communication from team as to progress
2 months into integration with NAV
System has potential but there has been a lot of project stall.
Will update review upon completion of project.
