Forage's hands-on technical and operational support proved essential in getting set up, as we encountered some challenges around metafield tags making it difficult for the Forage checkout to correctly identify SNAP-eligible products. At the end of the day, though, we were able to team up to resolve the issues and are now able to offer EBT as a payment method to our customer base.
