Email campaigns & automations through your own SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, or SMTP provider account.
EC lets a Shopify merchant send marketing campaigns and automated messages through an email provider account they already control, such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, or any SMTP server. The merchant keeps ownership of sender reputation, deliverability, and domain authentication. Subscriber data is stored inside the Shopify admin, encrypted at rest, and removed on uninstall. Unsubscribe requests apply across every connected provider.

- Trigger welcome, abandoned-cart, birthday, post-purchase, and win-back flows
- Build emails with a drag-and-drop editor, product blocks, and live preview
- Segment subscribers by purchase history, tags, country, or any custom field
- Auto fallback to a backup provider if the primary one is throttled or down
