Setup has been great and very fast so far. Their support is fast and effective! Thank you to the Webgility team for getting my QuickBooks integrated with ease!
Himanshu was efficient and professional, helped get tech setup and working. Great tool and better service! We got connected with Quick Books 2022 with Webgility and tested its working fine.
Nikhlesh with Unify helped with making sure everything was correctly set so that our online orders would integrate properly. He was so helpful and went above and beyond. We are up and running now.
I have been a customer of Webgility for the last several years, relying on the app to sync my online Shopify store with my brick and mortar sales, with Quickbooks POS as the master data.
Upon Intuit's discontinuation of Quickbooks POS, I elected to migrate to Shopify POS. I am maintaining my accounting data in Quickbooks Financial. Faizan Sheikh has been very helpful in walking me through the process of switching the primary direction of the data flow, and has been very patient with my MANY questions, and thorough in his answers.
I look forward to becoming more comfortable with the new data flow, and feel confident that I have quality help at hand if something is not working as I expect, or if I have any additional questions.
Webgility's technical support has been the most accessible and porfessional I've experienced.
I've been looking for something that will cut down the time for book keeping essentially, this is it. The onboarding process has been very smooth so far. Software looks great and what I am looking for. Faizan is a superstar.

I signed up for a trial account. After the trial, I made a decision to go with another service. The support team was terrible. All I wanted to close/delete my account and all the data they got from my store. The guy named Stephen was harassing me for an hour with questions. Why do you want to delete it? Can we do something else? It was a total waste of my time. They are holding on to all your data.
