Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

I have used Webgility for one of my companies and just engaged set up for a second one. Very easy and tech support/onboarding was very helpful. I would recommend using this app for syncing between Shopify and QBD.

The onboarding went well and Faizan was very informative. The app is well written and very user-friendly. We are using it to connect our Shopify store to Quickbooks enterprise to process drop-ship orders. This app will be a great asset.

I have been very pleased with both Kshitij & Faizan who have been the implementation team at Webgility (WG) helping us out. We have had WG for years but never really understood the capability with it. We just learned about the power of WG & they have been wonderful getting us up to speed and always willing to get on the phone and answer our questions. Sometimes there are tech glitches but they do always stand by and work with us to get us a solution. I am not an accountant (I'm just on the calls to learn) & I am learning so much from WG guys and their team. It will be a great timesaver for us when we are fully optimized. Customer service is 5 star. Tech can scare many esp when it comes to $$$ but when you have a good tech team to support you, it helps so much!

We have had an excellent experience using Webgility Desktop version alongside QuickBooks Online. The platform is amazing, efficient and incredibly effective in automating key processes. One of the standout features has been the time savings. It takes out the manual entry and reconciliation now happens seamlessly. The integration with QuickBooks is smooth and reliable reducing errors and improving in our financials. Additionally, the customer support has been outstanding. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping users succeed. They have made the onboarding process and any troubleshooting a breeze. This is great for me since I was able to get my issues taken care of and leaving with more knowledge. We went from the sales channels, Amazon, Shopify and added Walmart to integrate into Quickbooks.

Webgility works really well with QuickBooks. I am able to pull in all the needed info from my shopify store. Any time I have a question or issue customer support and technical support are always easily available and stay with my until all my issues are resolved. Today I had the pleasure of working with Aditi and it was a great experience.

Works great with Quickbooks Enterprise, we post the sales receipts consolidated to match deposits and not overburden QB with too many sales receipts.

I wished Webgility for QB Online worked the same, but consolidation only works with automation in that version and therefore does not line up with deposits. It needs a manual consolidation option like desktop.
