Onboarding with Fazian was terrific, he was very thorough in walking my team thru integration and setup. I often had many questions and he would address each before continuing on. I do expect I will need his or tech support going forward BUT the basic fundamentals are in place.

Prerit was very helpful with the setup. He was patient, calm and professional. I would love to have additional sessions with him as he has always been fantastic at resolving issues and providing clear guidance.

So far, so good. Sync works great and their onboarding and support has been terrific. Prerit was my onboarding specialist and he's been attentive and thorough.

I kept receiving an error code that no items or one or more of my amounts was not associated with an item in Quickbooks. Kanishk was readily available to help with exceptional customer service. The issue was quite simple to fix and reconnecting to Quickbooks with the Webgility extender resolved the issue. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Great app, has some limitations for quickbook desktop users, but overall has done a good job, we have more free time to grow our business, rather than thinking of what was sold how much and, more time to grow the business. thanks unify.

We used Webgility QB Desktop for quickbooks and it was absolutely seamless. Our orders were imported in real time and our inventory was always synced. We’re currently in the process of switching to Webgility Desktop for Netsuite. We have explored a number of options for connecting Netsuite to Shopify. Webgility Netsuite Desktop is more affordable than most of the other options but more importantly offers far superior support. We’ve decided to stop using Netsuite’s native connector in favor of Webgility and we can already see how it is a superior product in terms of maintaining accurate data.

Most importantly, Webgility’s set up time is relatively short compared to other solutions that have quoted 8+ weeks. Webgility’s setup should only take a few days. Faizan has gone absolutely above and beyond in answering all of our questions and helping us explore all our unusual edge cases to make sure that we are completely comfortable with Webgility before going live.

We were a past Connex user for a year. It just was one problem after another with little resolution from their tech team. Countless hours were spent on troubleshooting. Initially we had some issues with Webgility syncing to QB Enterprise due to the size of our QB file, but their tech team was patient, and competent, and have resolved all of the problems. Now it works great saving us a ton of time. I would strongly recommend this software.

I got help today with webgility connecting with quickbooks. Nikhlesh helped me out with a screen share and worked out my problems with the settings on webgility. He did a great job and everything looks to be working now. Thank you!

The set up process was a great experience. The sales people and trainers were all very knowledgeable and friendly. After three training sessions, I'm up an running with the confidence that if I need anything else, I will be able to get access to quality tech support. Now just looking forward to saving time with the new connection.
