The onboarding sessions are essential to understanding and running Webgility, and they do a good job to make sure that everything works within their ecosystem. Everything is flexible and they seem to already have a fix or answer for any issue that comes up. Faizan is a real expert of their program and implementing and automating these processes is his specialty. Looking forward to many years of ease of use and quality of life improvements so that we can work on growing our business accordingly.

Prerit was an excellent person to do the onboarding with very experienced and knowledgeable about the product. I don't know why I waited so long to switch to Webgility this is so much easier to use than the previous company I was with.
