Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

We have been using Webgility to connect Shopify to Quickbooks. We have multiple Shopify stores to connect. Things have worked great. We have been very pleased with Webgility. We have been using Webgility for 10 years.

Great support from all the team memebers. Webgility is helping us recoding Amazon orders and Shopify orders to QuickBooks and now we are going to reconcile the Amazon settlement report.

Arun was very helpful in getting my webgility setup back to functional after I upgraded to Quickboooks Desktop Enterprise. I didn't realize that Quickbooks upgrade would erase some of my webgility settings, but it did. Arun dove right in and got me back to 100% functional.

I sleep better knowing that webgility is getting my Shopify sales and customer info into Quickbook accurately.

We worked with Arun for our onboarding and he was very patient and thoughtful from start to finish. He has been very responsive to questions and concerns while we operated in manual mode for several weeks. By not turning on Automation in the beginning we had an opportunity to learn and observe how Webgility functions and interacts with QuickBooks. Arun's recommendation to operate manually for a period of time was definitely the right call. Prerit was extremely helpful in setting up our Etsy store and optimizing our Shopify settings to align with best practice recommendations. We hadn’t fully configured our Webgility account since initially creating it, so he helped prevent a lot of potential headaches down the road while also resolving existing issues.
