We have used Webgility for years with a different platform, but with Shopify, Webgility is able to pull detailed credit memos, which saves us so much labor! We are extremely happy with their service.

The setup process was very professional and thorough. The combination of hands-on training as well as configuration settings allowed to see the effects of each of the configuration parameter on the QB reports. I highly recommend Webgility and their care to customer service.

compared to all other apps I tried this one has every feature you could even think about needing. They have been around for over 14 years and they understand what could possibly develop in your business model
