Webgility QB Desktop Sync

Thank you, Faizan (and the entire Webgility team) for help solve some of our pain points as a company as also help fix a problem caused by our hosting company. We have spent may hours on calls and everyone has been so kind, helpful and most of all patient as we were troubleshooting probably caused by other services. I cannot thank you all enough.

We moved on from another software and the transition to Webgility has been excellent. Not only is it a great software, easy and intuitive, but the onboarding and customer service has been on point! We have 3 websites all with different requirements and they helped us get everything set up. There were of course some growing pains, but the staff was responsive and helped quickly to resolve. The software saved us a lot of time and energy and has been a positive overall experience.

We have used this for 5 years, 1 year with qbo and 4 years with quickbooks desktop and for the most part it has been very good. When we have had problems support has always been very quick to assist.

The app itself is robust and flexible. We had certain conventions we were using operationally prior to switching, such as importing paid Shopify orders as Sales Receipts and using unpaid Invoices for our B2B customers, which Webgility was able to preserve. This makes continuity in reporting much easier! There are also many conveniences Webgility has embedded in their platform, such as recording processing fees, offering error reports, and flexibility in how items are mapped. However, we were especially impressed with the customer service.

Faizan was our onboarding rep, and he was very methodical and patient- he went through our concerns one by one, and made sure all items were investigated and resolved. We are a company with years of history and operational protocols, and it was a relief to work with an agent who knew the software and was able to make it work with us, rather than us having to change our operations to match the default settings. I would highly recommend Webgility if you are looking to automate syncing information from one system to another.

Webgility is the only integration app I have found to work effectively with Quickbooks desktop since I made the switch from QBPOS to Shopify POS. I still have to do some manual entry - like cost of goods sold - but for the most part it works very well. The Webgility onboarding process is extremely thorough - they took the time to make sure it was all working as best as possible the way I need it, even though I needed quite a bit of help.

If you're on the fence on whether or not to try Webgility compared to the other apps that tout the same features, be assured that Webgility and provide everything you need. If you have any other needs, just ask, typically they can come up with a custom solution for you as well.

The onboarding sessions are essential to understanding and running Webgility, and they do a good job to make sure that everything works within their ecosystem. Everything is flexible and they seem to already have a fix or answer for any issue that comes up. Faizan is a real expert of their program and implementing and automating these processes is his specialty. Looking forward to many years of ease of use and quality of life improvements so that we can work on growing our business accordingly.

I needed help with automation of data for my online store and Webgility was perfect for our application. The program was easy to install and we received excellent support in guiding us through the process. Took 2 -30 minute sessions and we are already synced. If you have QuickBooks and are trying to sync data to Shopify, then Webgility is gold! It has already saved time and eliminated several manual tasks.

Webgillity is a perfect app espically if your going to sync shopify with quickbooks. Pretit Agrawal has been very good help and has been there when i have any questions. Setup was very easy and they try there best to work on your schedule whick is very helpful espically when you are trying to get things done quick!! I would high suggest using webgillity!!!

Amazing experience with Webgility! Our implementation specialist was so knowledgable, so patient, and so supportive and got us up and running in no time. Its a fantastic app but what makes it even more worthwhile is the white glove service they provide. Its second to none. We got immediate support any time we needed it at no additional charge. Its honestly unheard of in the tech world. After months of trying to move from Quickbooks Retail POS to Shopify POS with the worst experience using the Shopify Connector App, Webgility was a god send. Our transactions are posting automatically into Quickbooks Desktop, with everything logging and recording correctly. Our implementation specialist handled the entire setup with us and made sure that all of our settings were setup correctly. Finally, we're back up and running and able to use Quickbooks Desktop and Shopify. Intuit should be promoting Webgility for any of their Retail POS customers that are moving to Shopify POS. This app really is amazing, with the opportunity to sync inventory and sku's. But that is just the beginning, the functionality of the automation the application provides is a game changer. This is crucial to eliminate time wasted on data entry and other tasks that can be automated. The software and it's user interface are straightforward and easy to grasp. This has been amazing to apply to my business and it has helped to automate a large portion of tasks that would have otherwise taken a decent chunk of time. Our onboarding associate was Prerit Agrawal, he was absolutely incredible. The amount of expertise he displayed on the software was extremely reassuring. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and even had recommendations to help us make our process easier. I would definitely recommend this APP to anyone.
