Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

The customer service is incredible! It has so many great features that allow you to integrate it with Shopify and most other major marketplaces. It allows very fine-grained control over what posts where. It integrates with shipping services. And if there's something you can't figure out how to do, they're only an email or phone call away. Coming from other solutions over the past 20+ years, this is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

We have a rather large 7 figure E-comm business and had been using Netsuite for over 10 years. Netsuite became cost prohibitive and during our research to find new software we came across webgility. It was a perfect match for us since we were already using Quickbooks.

Webgility QB Desktop Sync has been a lifesaver! It is the only product we were able to find that successfully and easily synced Shopify to Quickbooks. There is so much functionality! It really seems they thought of everything! The customer support team has been great. We ran in to a strange IT issues getting the initial software downloaded and they were persistent and effective in getting it resolved. The onboarding process is very thorough and necessary to get everything set up. Prerit has been so patient and helpful in teaching me how everything works. I faced a problem with a few payouts not syncing properly from Webgility Desktop to QuickBooks Desktop. Aditi Verma provided excellent support, logging in remotely to adjust the payment mapping and resolve the issue. I’m incredibly grateful for the assistance, which allowed me to get back to managing my business smoothly and effectively.

I highly recommend webgility if you want to automate sales from shopify and Amazon into Quickbooks. We have had a smooth setup thanks to Kshitij Tiwari, our implementation specialist. We started with Shopify and are now finalizing Amazon. We get far more detailed information from Amazon than how we were doing it before and we can get this daily, real-time which is wonderful. We've had a great experience with Webgility, integrating quickbooks through rightworks with our Shopify site and our Amazon store too.

We were able to sync inventory quantities, orders, costs. Everything is synced from quickbooks. Which is awesome.
