I would really recommend this app to anyone that would like to sync inventory from quickbooks to shopify, it will make everything much easier, Faizan is very helpful and answered all my questions, I give 5 star rating to the onboarding process.
This app is very powerful. As a long time QB user, I was looking for something to relieve me from all the data entry. Webgility proved to be what I was looking for.
We needed to link our new shopify store to QB using Webgility so we set up an onboarding process. Prerit was very helpful and went above and beyond to get everything set up for us in the exact way we needed. We were very impressed with him and the webgility team.
This app is a huge time saver - eliminates hours upon hours of data entry by accounting staff. Customer support is also fantastic.

We are a manufactory company and E-sales by Shopify and Amazon. The accounting software is Quickbooks Enterprise. Before Webgility, I tried other APP to synchronize data, but failed.
Thanks Webgility gave us the perfect APP. It is easy to mapping items, setting class, foreign amount, freight-in & out, shipping details, taxes, site, and others.
Be a software, we have to take time to learn. Webgility have a great team to teach me how to use it and answer my questions (I am not a smart guy, it almost took them 10 times, 15 hours on Zoom. Thanks Faizan, the specialist).

As a long-time QuickBooks POS user, that was forced into a Shopify solution, Webgility has provided the integration/automation to QuickBooks, that we were accustomed to. We looked other options for QuickBooks integration between Shopify, and Webgility was by far the best option for us.
One of the biggest strengths of Webgility, is the level of ongoing support that is provided. Everyone that we have encountered at Webgility during the onboarding and integration process, has been thoroughly knowledgeable of all platforms; Shopify, QuickBooks, and Webgility as it interfaces between the two. The set up and configuration process is relatively straightforward and logical, and Webgility support quickly resolved any questions we had while we came up to full speed with the program.
We can confidently recommend Webgility highly.

I want to save you time and aggravation, go with Webgility! I wished I found them earlier. This is one company that its software actually does what it says it does. I have had bad experiences with 3rd party apps for both Shopify and Quickbooks, they will advertise that they do everything, but it is not till you have invested way too much time that you find out the truth. Webgility from the first contact through onboarding have been professional and very knowledgeable most importantly very helpful.
