I have been using Webgility for over 6 years, and the integration with QuickBooks and our marketplaces is exactly what we need to operate our business successfully.
Any issues we ever have, their tech support has always been able to resolve quickly and efficiently.
Prerit was extremely helpful in setting up our Etsy store and optimizing our Shopify settings to align with best practice recommendations. We hadn’t fully configured our Webgility account since initially creating it, so he helped prevent a lot of potential headaches down the road while also resolving existing issues.
He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure we truly understood the answers to our questions rather than just giving quick fixes. Even after our scheduled meeting time had ended, he stayed longer to ensure everything was clear and properly set up.
Very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
Prerit was wonderful and very knowledgeable, also, easy to understand.
We went through issues with syncing from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop, and so far he was able to resolve all the issues we encounter along the way. There is more that we have to go through yet, but so far the experience was great!
