I used to love Webgility but they became waaaaay too expensive. I used to pay the $99/month (somewhere around there) plan about a year ago and I needed to have the sales tax implemented over on my sales and the plan went up to $249/month. I've had them since 2018 and I went to cancel my account and they notified me that I have to put in a request to cancel my account 7 days ahead, so my plan renewed which was annoying. Also, heads up, if you have 2 months where you go over the allowed order amount (busy months for me are November and December) then they automatically start charging you an additional $50/month, even when you go back to your slow months. They automatically upgrade your account and start charging you for that even though they are getting money for something they don't do in your slower months. I asked for a refund and they are unwilling to work with me on that. I am researching other companies that are better/cheaper to use.
