Vinayak assisted us in reconciling an inventory issue in SHOPIFY. Webgility helps us keep inventory synched between SHOPIFY and QuickBooks. Whenever we have an issue, Webgility tech support sticks with us until the issue is resolved.

When they realized after awhile on the phone with me yesterday that it would take some extra work to solve, they worked on their own (and even with developers at Shopify!) to solve the problem so that today's call only took 15 minutes and I magically have everything I need again! We have been using Webgility for about a year now. It is an amazing app for keeping Shopify and QuickBooks Enterprise synched. Lots of features and flexibility. REALLY like the new Shopify Payouts feature - helped us simplify that nightmare of reconciliation. Support is also fantastic - responsive, knowledgeable - especially Nehal !

Webgility seems to be evolving and you need to make sure the app is up to date. It has a lot of functionality beyond what I need but we continue to work together to best understand the functions that are necessary for my business.
