Himanshu was most helpful getting our company set up. I have used Webgility before and their service never disappoints.
We love that Webgility so easily syncs the data between our online store and our in-store POS. Their support is great, and they always respond quickly when we need their technical help.
Using Webgility along with Shopify and Quickbooks has been an unbelievably g experience and the support team is fantastic especially Himanshu

The quickbooks online sync has made inventory management much easier for our company. We have received very helpful assistance from the tech support team. Vipin helped us resolve an issue very quickly and was very patient with us. We definitely recommend this product.
It has been a great time saver having the orders entered automatically into QuickBooks from our Shopify Store. The support has been amazing. The 24 hours support is very helpful to use when you have some downtime to process.
Customer support is good. eCC is good at importing our retail sales through shopify. Payments only imported when the sale is imported as a sales receipt and not an invoice. Accounting methods may need to change. eCC is not equipped to handle both retail and wholesale customers with multiple payment terms. There are also some challenges with regard to items that are both taxable and non-taxable. Refund need to be entered manually into QuickBooks. All in all, it is better than entering all the transactions manually into quickbooks.
Let's just say that accounting is not my forte. I am a jewelry designer with an CPA husband. He manages all of the accounting and I hand the creative side of the business. We originally reached out to webgility to streamline the inventory flow from QB to my Shopify store. They have essentially effectively built that bridge. I had a few posting issues when I processed returns, and also because I created some new sites for my inventory in QB. Nehal Singhnspent over an hour on the phone with me making sure that all of my transactions were posting correctly. He also trouble shot to confirm that what he had done was posting correctly. I'm incredibly happy with the app and the support associated with it.
Himanshu- Thank you for your help! He resolved the issue we had with webgility. We are using Quick Books POS and we were having issue while downloading items from there.
