He was very helpful in resolving my issue with syncing Shopify with Webgility and Quickbooks. Niklesh was very pleasant to deal with and took the necessary time to make sure I understood how to use the program and resolve any future issues. I really appreciate his excellent customer service.

Solid product. Provides lots of control and management. Takes an investment of time to connect and set up but the reward is almost complete automation. Support is solid and fast responses.

Webgility is very easy to use. But when I do need help occasionally, tech support is always available and very helpful. You get to talk to a live person right away and they walk you through the entire process.
