We currently seem to be having a number of problems. The staff has been helpful in correcting our problems, and Himanshu Patil was very nice and very helpful today.

We've been using this application for about a year now. It has greatly simplified the data entry process. The onboarding session will take a bit of time but it will be worth it in the end. Their customer service is very helpful and I would definitely recommend this app for anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

Himanshu helped me get my orders transferred from my shopify store and to Quick Books. Our antivirus software was blocking the scheduler. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also worked our anti virus software to help prevent this happening again. So appreciate his help and patience in working with me!
