Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

I have worked with the Webgility for many years and their customer service staff and help with integration or customization has been extremely efficient. We use them to integrate with Quickbooks and Shippingeasy. Also the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Faizan was a fantastic help in implementing the automation and explaining in detail how the set up would work across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart to our Quickbooks online. Great app for synching to Quickbooks

I am impressed by Webgility. Faizen was helpful and knowledgable. The only thing that would be better was Webgility's ability to get the meeting times right. We had to reschedule a few times because their meeting times were off.

We have three stores managed by Webgility. From time to time, our business needs change and require adjustments to optimize integration to QuickBooks Enterprise. Today, I worked with Faizan. He was knowledgeable and answered every question as we moved through the necessary changes to make my life easier.

As we've recently transitioned from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, we're continuing with Webgility—and we're just as happy with the online integration. The benefit of using Webgility is effciency. Bringing in thousands of low dollar retail transactions basically seamlessly into QuickBooks is essential to running the business. I would like the loading of data to be quicker as QuickBooks is not accessible while it is running. I am excited to learn that I can expand my current stores to other platforms. As I am a new user, the tech support that I have received in the last month has kept us up and running! Thank you, Faizan!
