David Pond helped us with our implementation for years. We had a hard time implementing multiple times with no fault on Webgility, but rather because we didn't set-up our items and settings correctly. Yet him and Webgility took their time to make sure we were set-up correctly and once we went live, automation was seamless with no issues. We are currently using QBO for this integration but also used Webgility when we operated in Netsuite. Webgility's team was a big help, worked with us during transitions regardless of what accounting system we were using at the time but now that we operate in QBO, utilizing Webgility once again was an obvious choice. Great application and support through the years.
Webgility has handled our stores orders so well that you don't have pay any attention to it most of the time. If there is an issue or we need help changing settings customer service is always available and handles everything quickly.
Highly recommend using Webgility. If you have multichannel fulfilment needs it is your one stop shop to bring everything together.
I have been using Webgility now for several months and have been very impressed with the whole process. It is an incredibly robust software that was eliminated a great amount of administrative work with creating products in both QBO and Shopify and syncing prices across the two platforms.
I have been working with Prerit for onboarding and subsequent follow up sessions and it has been such a pleasure. He is incredibly patient, professional, thorough and knowledgeable.
The team is very open and responsive to feedback for suggested improvements and I am hopeful that my suggestions will be put into place. Currently, items can only be created in Shopify and "pushed" into QBO. I would also like to be able create items in QBO and "push" them into Shopify. My business often creates items in both areas and it would be a time saver to know that regardless of where they are created, they will be able to sync up.

Been using webgility for a while now and there have been some issues syncing with Amazon & QB but the customer service has been great to correct the issues. Would def recommend Webgility
Fantastic app! We cannot run our business without it. Customer Service is outstanding. Highly recomend it! The experience with QB and Webgility is impressive after it is all synched.
It works until it doesn't. Not reliable and alot of features have actually don't work until you spend days on chat with c.s. to finally get them fixed or told that feature doesn't work. CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE1
Wow! Excellent customer service!
I did not expect to have such a thorough and patient experience with a Shopify App developer, but the team at Webgility did an amazing job with actively reaching out & assisting with connecting my Shopify Advanced store to my Quickbooks Online account.
They walked me through each feature of their platform and ensured that I knew all the ways that I can automate and sync features between the two platforms.
The only small issue I have (unrelated to on-boarding process) is that I use Authorize.net as my payment processor (not Shopify Payments or PayPal because I sell "high-risk" items), so that's the only thing I will need to manually track.
They assured me that they are actively working to implement this feature now, and anyone using Shopify Payments/PayPal should not have an issue with this. Luckily, I'm only selling B2B at the moment & not using Authorize.net much for sales (mostly manual ACH payments with payment link emailed from QB).
