We've used Webgility for a few years now, with another platform, Amazon, and now Shopify. Their support team is top tier!
I have spoken with many support team members and they have all been so kind and helpful. Today I spoke with Anon who was a great help and so kind to speak with!
Everyone goes above and beyond on the support team.

Webgility is very helpful app to sync inventory Quickboods and shopify and other sales channel like Amazon Ebay. Also customer support is extremly kind and helpful.

THE BEST SUPPORT IN THE Fing WORLD!!!!!!!!

Let me be blunt, this software is very detailed, if they printed a manual, you could use it to beat goats to death. But it is that way because you can use it to handle ALL the little details, and handle them the right way.

If you try setting it up without help its like running face first into a brick wall.

That said!

They help you along the way. Support is very understanding patient, and knows this stuff backwards, forwards, and loop-d-loop. Could not recommend more. It can be a bit of a pain to get started, but once you are setup, life is beautiful, and simple.

Trust me, get this, it just works, and works well. The setup only hurts you because it loves you.

P.S. We got a little customization done and it was only about $200 for them to customize the code in our version. Seriously heck of a deal.

Webgility is working great with quickbooks. Vipin did a great job helping us tonight migrate our database from one server to another. He was very knowledgable and helpful and made quick work of what we thought would be a long task. PERFECT!
